Referral program overview
Active BGibson Logistics LLC clients in good standing are eligible to earn referral incentives for introducing new drivers who sign on and run loads under dispatch with BGibson Logistics LLC.
Referral incentive
- Incentive amount: Active, in-good-standing clients earn 1% of the referred driver’s monthly gross revenue.
- This incentive is paid monthly, as long as all eligibility conditions remain satisfied.
Eligibility requirements
Referring client must:
- Be active: Actively dispatched by BGibson Logistics LLC at the time of payout.
- Be in good standing: No outstanding payment issues, chargebacks, or repeated communication or compliance problems.
Referred driver must:
- Sign on: Execute a dispatch agreement with BGibson Logistics LLC.
- Meet activity threshold: Complete a minimum of 10 loads within the first 30 days of being dispatched.
- Remain active and in good standing: Continue running loads and comply with all dispatch, communication, and payment terms.
Payout structure
- Start of payouts: Referral payouts begin after the referred driver has completed 10 loads within the first 30 days, and is still active and in good standing.
- Ongoing payouts: The referring client earns 1% of the referred driver’s monthly gross revenue for each month that both the referring client and the referred driver remain active, and both remain in good standing with BGibson Logistics LLC.
- Payment timing: Referral payouts are calculated at the close of each calendar month and are issued within 15 days after month-end.
Program conditions
BGibson Logistics LLC reserves the right to:
- Verify all referral and activity details before issuing payouts.
- Suspend or terminate referral payouts if either party becomes inactive, is no longer in good standing, or violates any company policies or agreement terms.
- Modify or discontinue the referral program at any time, with or without prior notice.
